By accessing or using Viddio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Viddio is an AI-powered video creation platform that provides:

• AI-generated video scripts using Google Gemini AI
• AI-powered thumbnail creation using Google Imagen
• Professional video editing tools
• Direct YouTube integration for publishing
• Analytics and performance tracking

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Viddio offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited access with 3 scripts/month and 5 thumbnails/month
• Creator ($29/month): 20 scripts/month, 50 thumbnails/month, basic video editor
• Pro ($79/month): 100 scripts/month, 200 thumbnails/month, full editor with AI tools

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using Viddio. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content:

• Does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Does not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (scripts, thumbnails) is provided for your use, but you are responsible for reviewing and editing this content before publication. AI-generated content may require modification to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.

7. YouTube Integration

Our Service integrates with YouTube via their official API. By connecting your YouTube channel, you authorize Viddio to upload videos and manage metadata on your behalf. You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service when using this feature.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that violates any laws or regulations
• Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond intended use

9. Limitation of Liability

Viddio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
